Terms of Sales

1. REGULATIONS
A 25% deposit will be required upon booking. Upon receipt of the deposit payment, you will receive a confirmation email on which will appear the practical information of your stay. The full amount will then be paid within 30 days before the start of your stay.
Please note: your booking option can be waived in the event of late payment of the stay, the option period being fixed at 8 days.

2. MEANS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
• Bank or postal check, payable to Camping Le Paradis (French accounts only).
• Bank card: Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa
• Holiday vouchers

3. CAPACITY
The number of people mentioned per accommodation in our rates corresponds to the maximum occupancy authorized taking into account the equipment available. It cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.
The rental of a pitch or accommodation type furnished tourism or mobile home implies full acceptance of the conditions of sale by the contracting parties.

4. RENTALS
Rental of spaces:
We provide you with a bare pitch, which can accommodate up to 5 people, to set up your tent, caravan or motorhome.
The location price: This is a price per night of occupancy for 2 people, a facility and a vehicle. Pitches are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 p.m. on the day of departure. Any excess will result in the billing of an additional day. This package gives free access to health facilities, reception services, the swimming pool (outside the colony without a lifeguard) and the playgrounds (in July-August). Supplements: People (adults or children) or additional elements present on the pitch (electricity, animal, etc.) are subject to a daily cost.Please note: seat allocation is made without distinction in the order of registration of reservations. The Management reserves the right to modify the allocation of the pitch at the arrival of the camper.
Accommodation rental:
Definition of rental seasons: Refer to the price sheets.
Rental period and duration: Rentals are possible for a week or for the night (2 nights minimum) outside July-August. In July-August, accommodation is rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday depending on availability.
The rental price includes: rental of accommodation, charges (water, electricity up to a limit of 200 kW per week), access to reception services, to the swimming pool (outside the colony without a lifeguard) , playgrounds and entertainment (in July-August).
Rentals are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Any excess will result in the billing of an additional day.
Transfer, sublease: Any rental is nominative and cannot in any case be transferred or sublet.
Security deposit: Tenants must provide a security deposit on arrival, the amount of which appears on the rates. The latter will be returned in full on the day of departure after a satisfactory inventory and exit inventory.
Otherwise it will be taken from the security deposit:
– The value of missing objects
– A lump sum of € 60 for insufficiently cleaned installations.
– The amount of repairs in the event of deterioration due to the occupant.
– Degradations greater than the amount paid as security deposit will be charged to the customer after charging against the security deposit.

5. RULES OF STAY
The reservation of the stay becomes effective only after confirmation by our services and payment by the tenant of the deposit.
Pitch – Rentals: The balance of the stay must be paid without reminder from us 30 days before the arrival date.

6. MODIFICATION OF STAY
Changes to dates of stay are only accepted within a minimum of 30 days before the initial scheduled date and subject to availability

7. DELAYED ARRIVALS / EARLY DEPARTURES
In the absence of a written message from the camper, specifying that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the pitch or accommodation becomes available 12H after the date of arrival provided for in the rental contract, and full payment benefits remains required.
No reduction will be granted in the case of late arrival or early departure.

8. PROMOTIONS – LAST MINUTE SALES
On these occasions, customers may have paid different prices for the same stay. Customers who paid the higher price will in no case receive a refund representing the difference in price they paid and the promotional price. Discounts cannot be combined with promotions under any circumstances.

9. CANCELLATIONS Rental
Cancellation of stay by Camping Le Paradis BEFORE your arrival: In the event of force majeure, the management reserves the right to cancel your stay for security reasons. If you have already left your home, we will offer to relocate you to another similar accommodation at no extra cost.
If none of these offers satisfies you, you will be refunded the full amount paid; no other compensation can be claimed.
Cancellation of stay by yourself BEFORE your arrival: the latter must notify the campsite in writing (follow-up mail, email with acknowledgment of receipt request). Otherwise, the customer will be required to pay the full amount due under the contract. The campsite reminds you that according to article L.121-20-4-2 ° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to the accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services provided to a date according to a determined periodicity.

For any canceled stay that does not fall under the clauses mentioned above: more than 45 days before the arrival date, we will retain the equivalent of 15% of the stay. Between 45 and 30 days before stay, it will be retained 30%. Between 30 and 15 days before stay, 60% of the amount will be retained. Between 15 and 8 days 75% of the amount. For any stay canceled within 8 days before the arrival date, the entire amount of the booked stay will be payable or will remain with Domaine de la Dombes.

10. ANIMALS
Our friends pets (1 per pitch) are allowed in our mobile home rentals as well as the pitches under your full responsibility and must be kept on a leash. They are not allowed in animal areas. You must provide a vaccination card.

11. CLAIMS
Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with A.R. within 30 days of the stay.

12. INTERNAL RULES
All campers are required to comply with the campsite’s internal regulations, under penalty of up to the termination of the contract.
Your stay :
To prepare your stay: It is essential to bring your bed linen (sheets, pillowcases)
In case of late arrival or last minute impediment, it is imperative to notify our services.
You will be given the key to your rental upon arrival.
It is strictly forbidden to light a fire on the campsite.
During your stay, we ask you to respect all markings and safety instructions as they will be displayed to you, and to return the keys to your rental.
On the day of your departure, rentals must be vacated by 10 a.m. You are asked to leave the place as clean as you found it.

13. MEDIATION
